Family Member of Spanish Resident Card Holder, students and work permit seekers, need to apply directly at the Embassy of Spain in Dhaka. To submit an application at the Embassy, you will need to schedule an appointment by calling +8801609208089 between 14:00 to 15:30.

Diplomatic passport holders (accompanied by a Note Verbal) should submit their applications at Embassy of Spain,Dhaka directly on Every Tuesday from 9:15 Hrs - 13:00 Hrs.

Guidelines for National Visa Applicants

National Visa Applicant need to submit their visa application at BLS - Spain Visa Application Center,Dhaka according to their Prior Appointment date & Time.

• All Applicants need to come physically on the date of appointment.
• Only applicant will be allowed to enter the visa Application Center.
• All applicants need to bring all required documents mentioned in the respective checklist without doing any staple on the documents.Only complete file will be accepted.
• Documents should be submitted in the same order as in the checklist.
• The whole file must be in A4 format - in order to be properly scanned, a full set of one sided photocopies must accompany the application.
• Visa Fees for the applicant under 6 years of age is 12,587 BDT
• Visa fees for for the applicant 6 years and above is 12,587 BDT.
• BLS service charge for each applicant (age 6 years and above) is BDT 2,402.00.
• All applicable fees need to pay in cash at the visa application center during submission. If any visa applicant already paid the visa fees on the Bank ; please bring that original bank receipt and rest of the BLS applicable fees need to pay in cash.
• After submission visa applicant will get a system generated receipt. This original receipt will be require during passport delivery.
• Once the decision will done by the embassy ; then they will send the applicants passports to Spain Visa Application center,Dhaka for delivery to the respective applicant.
• Only visa applicant will be able to collect their passport from Spain Visa Application Center,Dhaka. No authorization will be allowed for passport delivery for National visa cases.
